Reed Sarver, President & CEO
Reed's business leadership experience includes over 20 years dedicated to launching new technologies in the filtration and separations industry. Immediately prior to joining StrionAir, he was a Group Vice President of Pall Corporation, a $2B NYSE listed firm. Reed launched four new divisions at Pall during his career, growing businesses to sizes of up to $400 million. His unique expertise combines the disciplined required of a large organization with the entrepreneurial mindset necessary to create new ventures. His career spans experience in the semiconductor, power generation, aerospace and heavy industries. Reed holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Pat Benner, Chief Financial Officer
Pat brings more than 18 years of experience in finance and operations to the organization. His background includes leadership roles in companies ranging in size from pure start-ups to Fortune 50 organizations. Most recently, Pat was CFO and acting COO of Beryl Companies, LLC, a leading provider of outsourced customer service solutions to the healthcare industry. Previous to that, he was CFO of McKesson Health Solutions, LLC, a business unit of McKesson Corporation, the world's leading healthcare services and information technology company. Pat holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Scott Denning, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management & Operations
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain management and operations in high-growth startups. Prior to joining StrionAir, he was Vice President of Global Purchasing and Logistics for ICX Global, a specialty international electronics manufacturer. Prior to ICX, Mr. Denning was Vice President of Supply Chain Management for Primestar Inc., a $1.5 billion satellite-based video entertainment services company. At Primestar he developed and directed purchasing, logistics and supply chain operations. Prior to his tenure at Primestar, he was the lead supply chain manager for the entrepreneurial team that started OneComm Communications, a startup cellular provider that is now part of Nextel. For 11 years before that, he worked in procurement and operations positions in the aerospace and defense industry. Scott holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University.

Peter McKinney, Vice President of Research and Development
Pete is a recognized leader in the science of air filtration, with more than 15 years of professional experience in research and product development. He spent a number of years as a Honeywell Senior Scientist, assessing new air filtration technologies, directing testing for product evaluations and serving the technical expert for air cleaner research and development projects. He has also served as an industry consultant on the subject of air purification. His research history includes work in the areas of filtration, particle behavior and airflow turbulence as well as experimental studies on electrostatic precipitator design. He has published numerous journal and technical reports as well presented his research at many professional conferences. Pete holds a PhD and an MS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He is an active member of ASHRAE, IEEE and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Aaron Ayer, P.E., Vice President of Marketing
Aaron has close to 20 years of managerial experience, with a focus on small entrepreneurial and high-technology firms. Prior to StrionAir, Aaron founded an investment firm, purchasing Schaefer Interstate, a small company manufacturing products for the construction industry, turning it into a profitable firm, tripling revenues in 3 years time. Before Schaefer, he served in marketing and sales roles with YAFO Networks and Corvis Corporation, startup technology firms backed by Kleiner-Perkins and New Enterprise Associates, among others. He also held manufacturing and engineering roles with Corning, Incorporated. Aaron began his career as a US Naval officer aboard the nuclear powered submarines USS Gurnard and Woodrow Wilson. Aaron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla, and a professional engineering license.

Frank Stamatatos, Manager of Strategic Partners and Business Development
Frank brings more than 20 years of international management experience to the StrionAir executive team. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development for Willis Group Holdings in New York City. Prior to Willis, he spent 16 years with Pall Corporation, culminating as Senior Vice President of New Business Development and Strategic Marketing. In his sales and marketing efforts, he developed multiple new markets and product lines for the company, growing businesses from zero to as much as $200 million. He has turn-around experience, and has worked extensively in Europe and Asia. Frank holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.

Douglas Powell, Director of Healthcare Markets
Doug is a entrepreneurial leader with 20 plus years in sales, marketing and operational management roles. As President and COO of IN-X, a startup medical device company, he drove operations, spearheaded venture-capital fund-raising efforts, and architected a successful acquisition by Respironics. He has an established record of managing growing national sales accounts, including years spent with the sporting goods companies Descente and Skea. He spent seven years on the professional ski racing circuit, winning three national titles as a member of the US National Ski Team. Doug holds a BA in Business Administration from Pace University.

Craig Viges, Residential Strategic Account Manager
Craig Viges started with StrionAir in March 2007 with a primary focus on growing sales in residential products with the patented StrionAir technology. Craig and his staff are developing and growing sales for several new products into residential distribution channels in North America. Craig has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has worked for more than 20 years in engineering, manufacturing, new product development and sales roles in the Chemical Industry. For the last 10 years Craig was responsible for customer relations and over $30M in sales as a North America National Account Manager for Solutia Inc. (a Monsanto spin-off) in the adhesives/glass industry.
